Spicy Korean Sesame Bean Sprouts

By popular demand, via Facebook:



1/2 pound bean sprouts

2 T. toasted sesame seeds

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1-2 green onions, diced

1 pinch salt

1-2 T. crushed red pepper flakes

2 T. soy sauce

1 T sesame oil



1. Place cleaned sprouts in bowling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain well.



2. In a large bowl mix all other ingredients. Add warm blanched sprouts to the mixture and toss to coat.


Can be served warm or cold.

I have never done anything with sprouts.. but I feel compelled to try this....
