Grilled Sweet Potatoes and Greens With Bacon

Sweet Potatoes
A healthy chunk of butter
Salt and Pepper
A pinch of Cumin
A bit of brown sugar
Red pepper flakes

Grill in packets over medium high heat, 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.


Collard, mustard, spinach and kale with peppered bacon and garlic and a splash (or two) of white wine.  Simmered down and delicious.
